Farooq Minhas, MD
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Farooq Minhas is a board-certified pathologist in anatomic and clinical pathology with subspecialty certification in cytopathology. He brings extensive experience in community hospital pathology and laboratory leadership.
From 2010 to 2024, Dr. Minhas served as President of a large pathology group and has held multiple leadership roles, including Medical Director and Chairman of Pathology at a major southeast Michigan hospital. His clinical focus includes diagnostic accuracy, laboratory quality, and physician-to-physician collaboration.

He currently serves as pathologist for Comprehensive Urology and Medical Director for multiple laboratories. Dr. Wojno has held academic appointments at University of Michigan and has authored over 60 peer-reviewed publications on prostate and urologic pathology.

Dr. Arnold is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists with specialized training in gastrointestinal pathology. He currently serves as Laboratory Medical Director at Uintah Basin Medical Center and Chief of Staff. He previously served as Staff GI Pathologist at GI Pathology, PLLC in Memphis and has held multiple laboratory medical director positions.

Artur Zembowicz, MD, PhD
Dermatopathology Consultant
Dr. Zembowicz is board-certified in anatomic pathology, dermatopathology (subspecialty) and a Professor of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Tufts Medical School and Senior Staff at Lahey Clinic. He is an internationally recognized expert in melanoma and melanocytic lesions. Dr. Zembowicz is the founder of Dermpedia.org, a leading online educational platform for dermatopathology.
He has published over 145 peer-reviewed articles, is a contributor to the WHO Classification of Skin Tumors, and serves as Section Editor for Dermatopathology at Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.

Yaseen Mohiuddin, MD
Staff Pathologist
Dr. Mohiuddin is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology with subspecialty certification in hematopathology. He completed fellowship training in hematopathology and GYN and breast surgical pathology at the University of Virginia.
He currently serves as Staff Pathologist and Director of Blood Bank at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Health Care System and holds a clinical faculty appointment at the University of Michigan Medical School. He also serves as Laboratory Director and Chief of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Aleda E. Lutz Saginaw Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
